Lady,

Persevering, level-headed, sophisticated, and persuasive.

Daughter of a fighter, sister of a saint.

Lover of beauty, wit, and grace.

Who feels compassion for many, love for few, and malice for none.

Who needs no man, save for himself.

Who fears the kiss that warms his heart.

And the coming tide which will not retreat.

Who radiates cold shafts of broken glass

And who fits all mankind with collar and chain.

And to be humbled before him.

You know what I use Xanga for now? To store papers and things. For some reason my flashdrive doesn't work in the computers at school, so I copy them into a protected post on here and copy them back off at school and then print them. Funny stuff.

I remember when I was obsessed with Xanga, and all of my little friends on it... Now I just get a huge kick out of reading back on all of the stupid posts I made. I think I've had this for something like 3 odd years. Whew. Long time.

I definately forgot the point that I had in even making a new post in the first place. Damn.

My new car is pretty phenomenal...hit a deer on the hwy a few weeks ago though. That was a really bad night for me. It was in Independence too! What are deer doing in Independence? On the main hwy...for the mall. It was ridiculous. It was lying in the road(already been hit), and I couldn't see it up until it was too late and I had one of three options. 1) hit the deer, 2) run into the bridge, 3) sideswipe the car next to me. I chose the deer. Very minimal damage to my car though. Which was a miracle.

I finally got a couple pictures of it too...but they aren't scanned onto the computer. Haha, sorry.

Hmm so...Xanga is evolving...there's something new on it everytime I log in. Haha there was a time when I'd keep up with it all, and know exactly what everything did...oh the good ol' days. I think they're desperately trying to compete with Myspace.

So, been running around like crazy the last couple days...trying to get ready for classes that are starting tomorrow, not looking forward to that. But at least that will mean the end of the pool season, and my job. Which doesn't sound like something I should be rejoicing about, but I am.

I got my new glasses today...They're Coach. I love them. Oh, and I got a haircut...its pretty cool too.
